All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order using the original method of payment.

Timely Delivery
To ensure timely delivery, accurately input your address with all necessary details, including abbreviations, postal codes, and building numbers. We're not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided during purchase. If you spot any errors, contact us within 24 hours via our website's online chat support for assistance and updates.

Delivery Location
All of the products in our store are available for worldwide deliveries. If we are unable to deliver to your location due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you within 48 hours of receiving your order and will refund you the total amount directly to the original method of payment.

Delivery Time

When you place your order, you will be given an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times are only estimates and are subject to your order's acceptance and approval.

We make every effort, unless there are exceptional circumstances, to fulfil your order within 3-7 business days of the date of your order. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, we do not ship on [Sundays].

Delivery Claims

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
MUZEF does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
